Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: • Cancellations within 12 hours of booking – You may cancel free of charge if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of your original booking time. • Cancellations after 12 hours of booking – Any cancellations made after the 12-hour window will incur a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file. • Client's home will have an extra $50 up charge for travel fee This policy helps us accommodate all clients effectively while respecting the time and resources dedicated to your booking.
